Capt. Sumant Raj
Founder & Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
With over 23 years of experience in shipping, port operations, logistics, and marine advisory services, Capt. Sumant Raj is an Operational & Innovation Strategist specializing in sustainable industrial operations and energy infrastructure.
He previously served as Marine Operation In-Charge at Reliance Industries for the Hazira Port Oil & Gas Terminal and Offshore SBMS operations. His expertise spans compliance management, hazardous materials handling, port operations, risk assessment, and strategic industrial development.
Shalini Thakur
DIRECTOR AND CHIEF PEOPLE OFFICER (CPO)
A dedicated professional with a Post-Graduation in English and a B. Ed degree, she brings 11 years of versatile experience in the education and banking sectors. Passionate about environmental conservation, she has been actively involved as an environmentalist, collaborating with the plastic drive association IPCA since October 7, 2020. In this role, she contributed to a monthly initiative collecting plastic waste, which is then transported to vans for conversion into recycled items. Her commitment to both education and environmental causes reflects her multifaceted dedication to making a positive impact

Amit Kumar Singh is a Director at Gencer Energy Technologies Pvt Ltd ( Ojanya Bio ) bringing over two decades of experience across energy, international trade, and technology-driven business leadership. With a strong foundation in oil & gas—including crude, LNG, LPG, and refined petroleum products—he contributes to the company’s strategic vision as it advances in the biofuels and sustainable energy sector.
He has previously served as a consultant with the Ministry of External Affairs, Government of India, contributing to India’s engagement in global partnerships and strategic initiatives.
An entrepreneur at the core, he is the Founder & CEO of Analytical Platforms Private Limited, Analytical Trade Private Limited, and Analytical Trade LLC FZU (UAE). Through these ventures, he has been actively involved in building international supply networks, structuring energy trade engagements, and developing technology-enabled platforms for modern energy markets.
At "OjanyaBio" he is focused on driving sustainable fuel initiatives, strengthening global partnerships, and leveraging technology to support the transition toward cleaner and more efficient energy solutions.
He is an alumnus of BITS Pilani and holds a PhD in Artificial Intelligence, reflecting a strong multidisciplinary foundation at the intersection of energy, technology, and innovation.
Capt. Aditya Anand
Director – Refinery Operations
Capt. Aditya Anand is a certified Master Mariner with over 25 years of maritime and refinery operations experience, including leadership roles in crude and product tanker operations.
His expertise spans operational excellence, technical due diligence, drydock operations, compliance audits, petroleum trading, maritime safety, and renewable energy operations.
Er. Saurav Suman
Director – Sales & Marketing
A gold medalist in Environmental Engineering with expertise in waste-to-wealth initiatives, Er. Saurav Suman has contributed to projects with organizations including Airport Authority of India, Delhi Pollution Control Committee, and CSIR-NEERI..
He specializes in sustainable engineering solutions, business development, environmental technologies, and strategic industrial partnerships.
Abhay Shukla

He plays a key role in developing scalable technology solutions, enhancing operational excellence, and driving sustainable growth across the energy and specialty chemicals sectors.
He has over four published patents and a proven track record of delivering more than USD 2 billion in soft value and USD 400 million in hard value, bringing a strong blend of technical expertise, strategic vision, and execution excellence to every initiative.
